By using our service you agree to our terms of use.

We offer you the choice of visit frequency or you can ask me for my recommendation.

We may look to clean on different weeks either side of your visit, mostly due to bad weather.

We do work in light rain or short showers. Our results will still be the same. If the rain is heavy, we will not clean your windows.

If for one reason or another you should wish to cancel our services you have the right to do so at any time. This can be done by telephone or by email.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 48 hours of the clean. We will then arrange to return to re clean your windows for free.

Payments are collected after each clean.

Modification of Terms
At our discretion, HIGHCLIFFE WINDOW CLEANING may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
